My business
Fraser Valley Smart Homes
I design and install smart homes in the Fraser Valley and Grand County, Colorado: new builds wired right from the start, and existing homes and cabins upgraded without tearing them apart. It’s the same instinct behind everything else on this site: take something complicated and make it simple to live with.
New construction
Wired right before the drywall. I work with builders and architects from plans to handover, or join the job as the low-voltage subcontractor, so wiring, keypads, shades and network are designed in, not added on.
Existing homes
Condos, cabins and family homes upgraded with wireless and Matter devices that fit what is already there, without tearing open walls, and in phases if you like.
Built for mountain homes
Freeze and leak protection, snowmelt and radiant-heat control, door codes for renters and caretakers, and systems that recover on their own after winter outages.
Works with what you use
I set up the platform that fits the household and choose Matter-certified devices wherever possible, so they work across all of them.
